Price List for Services
Studio time is based upon a minimum of (1) hour to be scheduled a week in advance after consultation meeting with the photographer. No shoot will take place unless the consultation meeting has been done. Scheduling for consultation may be done over the phone or in writing.
$25.00 per hour after consultation meeting.
A CD will be provided of all images for the cost of $20.00 after proper review of images. (Intencities Photography does not want unusable images released for marketing or promotion use without consent of the photographer)
If seeking 35mm services of COLOR or B&W images there will be a per roll charge of $20.00 with a (2) roll minimum of either 24 or 36 exposure film. Client will make that choice at time of consultation. Anymore than ten rolls and a deposit may be required at time of consultation with a 50% refund policy if scheduled shoot fails to occur.
If a specific set idea is needed or a special promotional idea is requested a consultation meeting will be required at no charge to the client.
Special services that include on site set up or on site set design will require (after consultation) a two hour minimum, in advance, before work is to begin. Any special materials for on site set design will be purchased by the client and provided to the set manager prior to shoot.
A per mile charge will also apply if photographer is to drive over 30 miles in the amount of .55 per mile calculated both ways.
Models or portrait requests that require a sample of images performed by Intencities Photography may do so by phoning or e-mailing a week prior to consultation. If specific images are not available the photographer may elect to perform a test shoot for clear choice of example. Failure to meet with photographer to perform such service will be grounds for cancellation of shoot and loss of deposit for date and time of shoot.
